Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoCentral Pro ("AutoCentral Pro", "the Service"), a vehicle service management platform Publish by Amoz Software Development Services. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AutoCentral Pro helps auto repair shops manage point-of-sale, inventory, job cards, customer vehicles, and billing. Customers use the customer portal to track their vehicle's service status.
2. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Shop owners register their shop and are assigned a shop owner role. Staff and customer roles are assigned by the shop owner or an administrator.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not self-assign elevated roles such as shop owner or super administrator.
3. Subscriptions & Trials
New shops receive a free trial. After the trial or subscription period expires, access to the Service is restricted until billing is updated. Subscription fees and terms are presented at the time of subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
- Customers agree to receive SMS service updates for their registered vehicle.
- Shops are responsible for the accuracy of the service and billing records they create.
5. Account Suspension
We may disable or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that are flagged by a shop administrator. Disabled accounts cannot log in until reactivated.
6. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Amoz Software Development Services is not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable Philippine law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
